Private Coaching and Mentorship:

This is personalized one on one embodied performance coaching for dancers who want to strengthen their mental and emotional skills alongside their physical training.

In each session we work with what is present for you right now. Performance anxiety, fear of failure, inconsistency under pressure, overthinking, or difficulty staying focused. We use tools informed by neuroscience, EFT, and somatic awareness to help reduce emotional and mental patterns that interfere with performance.

By integrating mental skills, emotional processing, and somatic techniques, dancers learn how to work with internal stress responses so they can access their training more consistently under pressure.

Why it matters

At higher levels of training and competition, talent is not enough. Pressure, expectations, and constant evaluation can impact confidence and performance even when technique is strong.

One on one coaching provides tools, accountability, and support to manage stress, stay mentally present, and recover more quickly after setbacks.

Embodied Performance Coaching Group

This is a small group coaching experience for dancers who want to strengthen their mental and emotional skills, reduce performance pressure, and build confidence in a supportive and growth focused environment.

In this group, dancers explore common challenges such as perfectionism, comparison, fear of mistakes, confidence, motivation, and managing nerves, while learning practical tools they can use in training, auditions, and performances.

The group format is powerful because dancers quickly realize that many of the struggles they thought were personal or unique are actually shared across all levels of training. This helps reduce isolation, soften comparison, and create a healthier mindset around growth and performance.

Each session includes guided discussion, performance focused teaching, and simple somatic and regulation techniques to help dancers better understand how stress affects their body and focus, and how to work with it instead of fighting it.

This is not group therapy. It is structured performance coaching that supports both mindset and physical performance.

Commitment and Structure

Groups run in 3 or 6 month cycles with the same dancers throughout the program. The first three weeks serve as an adjustment period. After week three, participants commit to completing the full program to protect the consistency and safety of the group.

Groups meet weekly and are kept intentionally small to allow for meaningful discussion and personalized guidance.

EFT (emotional freedom techniques)

is a clinically supported stress-reduction technique that involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a thought, memory, or emotion. This process helps regulate the nervous system, reduce cortisol levels, and create new neural pathways—making it easier to shift limiting beliefs and improve emotional regulation.

Applied Neurology

Applied Neurology is the study and use of how the brain and nervous system influence our behavior, movement, emotions, and performance. It helps individuals understand how their brain processes stress, challenge, and growth—so they can intentionally shift patterns, improve regulation, and optimize performance.

Rather than focusing on mindset alone, applied neurology looks at how the nervous system drives our responses—and how greater awareness of those patterns can lead to lasting change.

Spirituality

in understanding that dancers are more than just bodies in motion—they're souls in motion. I incorporate spirituality and intuition as tools to help dancers reconnect with their true identity, find deeper meaning in their journey, and make decisions that align with their inner truth.
