Who This Is For
This work is for women in business who are frequently visible, presenting, leading meetings, speaking, pitching, or holding responsibility for others, and who feel the effects of chronic stress in their bodies. You may be successful on the outside while feeling tense, disconnected, over-controlled, or exhausted on the inside. If confidence feels effortful or your body tightens when you’re “on,” this work is designed for you, especially before or during presentations, meetings, or high-visibility moments.
What Makes This Different
Most approaches to stress and confidence focus on mindset, performance skills, or pushing through discomfort. Somatic movement works directly with the nervous system and the body, where stress is actually stored. Instead of trying to override anxiety or perfect your delivery under pressure, we build safety, regulation, and presence from the inside out. Confidence becomes something you feel, not something you perform.

What Sessions Are Like
Many women come in feeling tight, braced, or disconnected before they speak. Over time, those same moments begin to feel steadier, slower, and more grounded—because the body no longer needs to protect itself. Sessions are guided, gentle, and practical. We slow the pace down intentionally. We work with slow, intentional movement, breath, and body awareness to help your nervous system shift out of chronic activation. You’ll learn to notice stress patterns in real time, especially the ones that show up before or during presentations, and release them in ways your body can integrate. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing less, with precision and intention
How We Work Together
Coaching is offered in one-on-one sessions, with options for short-term support around high-stakes moments or longer-term work to unwind chronic stress patterns. Sessions are tailored to your nervous system, your role, and the demands of your work. This is not a one-size-fits-all process.
